Our disc continuous dryer epitomizes efficiency and innovation. This conductive continuous drying equipment boasts a unique structure and working principle, ensuring high thermal efficiency, low energy consumption, compact design, simple configuration, ease of operation, and a superior operating environment.
Operational Principle:
Continuously fed wet materials are added to the first layer drying plate at the dryer's top. The rotating rake arm with rake blades flips the materials, causing them to flow exponentially through the drying tray's surface. They move from the small drying tray's outer edge to the large drying tray below, alternating through layers. This continuous flow ensures efficient drying.
The hollow drying plate, filled with heating mediums such as saturated steam, hot water, thermal oil, or high-temperature molten salt, efficiently heats the materials. Dried materials fall into an aggregate tray and are transported to the discharge port. Moisture is expelled through a dehumidification port on the top cover, while vacuum ports handle moisture extraction in vacuum disc dryers. Auxiliary equipment enhances production capacity, allowing for solvent recovery and various operations such as heating, cooling, calcination, sublimation, pyrolysis, and reaction.
