Principle:Materials are uniformly distributed over the mesh belt by a feeder, utilizing robust 12-60 mesh stainless steel. Driven through the drier by a dedicated mechanism, our units feature individually circulating hot air for each segment. Tail gas is efficiently expelled by specialized fans, with exhaust managed by a precision regulating valve, ensuring effective heat application, moisture removal, and drying. The mesh belt operates at variable speeds adjusted per material temperature, delivering a continuous flow of finished products.
