Vacuum drying involves heating and dehumidifying materials under vacuum conditions, significantly speeding up the drying process and saving energy. Our equipment is divided into static and dynamic dryers. Static dryers like the YZG cylindrical and FZG square vacuum dryers keep materials stationary to avoid deformation, whereas dynamic dryers like the SZG double cone rotary vacuum dryer ensure even and thorough drying by constant material flipping. Operational Principle:
1) Heat energy is introduced into a closed interlayer using hot water, low-pressure steam, or thermal oil, which then transfers the heat to the material through the inner shell.
2) The tank rotates slowly under power drive, continuously mixing the materials inside to enhance drying efficiency.
3) Operating in a vacuum state, the reduced vapor pressure causes the material's surface moisture to evaporate and be promptly recovered by a vacuum pump. This process continues until the material is thoroughly dried in a short period.
