Operational Principle:
Wet materials are methodically introduced from the feeder onto the initial upper drying plate. A rotating rake arm equipped with blades continuously flips the materials, guiding them along an exponential spiral across the drying tray. The journey of the material transitions from the small drying trays to the outer edge of the larger trays below, continuing in sequence until traversing the entire dryer. This strategic alternation of large and small drying plates facilitates a seamless material flow.
The hollow drying plates are infused with a heating medium ranging from saturated steam, hot water, thermal oil, to high-temperature molten salt, flowing in from one end and exiting at the other. The dried materials cascade from the final tray to the aggregate tray, where rake blades guide them to the discharge port, while moisture is efficiently evacuated through the top cover's dehumidification and vacuum ports. The discharge-ready dry materials, suitable for immediate packaging, are complemented by auxiliary equipment-finned heaters, solvent recovery condensers, bag filters, pre dryers, and induced draft fans-to boost drying capacity and facilitate operations like heating, cooling, calcination, sublimation, pyrolysis, and various reactions.
