Rotary drum dryer (the dryer drum) is an extensively utilized drying apparatus within the chemical, light industry, coal, building materials, and mining and metallurgy sectors. Principle:
When damp raw material is introduced from one end, it is thoroughly turned over by blades distributed within the cylinder, ensuring uniform distribution and complete contact with countercurrent hot air, thus enhancing the heat conduction process. Throughout drying, under the influence of inclined blades and hot air stream, raw material advances to the star section and is released via the discharge valve.
