Our Circular Square Vacuum Dryer is designed for efficient drying under negative pressure, featuring a steam jacketed shell and rotating rake teeth. The rake teeth reverse direction every 10-15 minutes for even stirring, while a vacuum pump extracts the vaporized water or solvent. Ideal for chemical and pharmaceutical production, it lowers drying temperatures and prevents material decomposition.
Vacuum drying involves heating and drying materials under vacuum conditions, significantly speeding up the drying process and saving energy. Our equipment includes static dryers like the YZG cylindrical and FZG square vacuum dryers, and dynamic dryers like the SZG double cone rotary vacuum dryer. In static dryers, materials remain stationary, preserving their form and allowing for disinfection. Dynamic dryers ensure even drying as materials continuously flip. Suitable for heat-sensitive and unstable materials, our vacuum dryers offer excellent sealing, solvent recovery, and handling of toxic gases. They meet GMP standards and are widely used in pharmaceuticals, chemicals, food, and dye industries.
Operational Principle:
1) Heat energy from hot water, low-pressure steam, or thermal oil is introduced into a closed interlayer, transferring heat to the dried material through the inner shell.
2) Under power drive, the tank slowly rotates, mixing the materials within to enhance drying efficiency.
3) In a vacuum state, decreased vapor pressure causes surface moisture or solvent to evaporate and be recovered by a vacuum pump. Moisture within the material continuously permeates, evaporates, and is discharged from the surface, continuously achieving rapid drying.
