Principle:
The vacuum rake dryer is an advanced horizontal intermittent vacuum drying system. It operates through conductive evaporation, where the scraper agitator perpetually cleans the material on the heated surface, promoting a dynamic circulating flow within the container. As moisture evaporates, it is efficiently removed by a vacuum pump. This technology is particularly prevalent in the chemical industry for drying organic semi-finished products and fuels.
Utilizing a steam jacket, the vacuum rake dryer heats materials indirectly while expelling gases under high vacuum.
