This apparatus is engineered to simultaneously perform drying and granulating processes. By adjusting pressure flow and atomizing hole size, it produces granules with specific sizes and ratios, meeting diverse process requirements.
Working Process: The raw material liquid is pumped through a high-pressure system and atomized into fine droplets, which mix with hot air and descend. Most powder material is collected at the bottom discharge outlet. Fine powder and wasted air are separated via a cyclone. Exhaust air exits through a draught fan, while powder is gathered at the cyclone's base. An additional two-grade duster can be installed at the outlet for a recovery rate of 96%-98%.
Construction: The equipment's tower body, pipes, and separators in contact with the raw material are constructed from SUS304. A sufficient layer of fine glass cotton provides heat insulation between the tower's inner and outer layers. The tower body includes observation doors, sight glasses, lamps, and control instruments, all managed via an electric control panel.
Heat Source: This state-of-the-art equipment can utilize steam or an electric heater, offering convenient operation, quick start-up, compact structure, and clean hot air. The electric control cabinet's internal control and regulation device allows stepless regulation of inlet temperature. In regions without electricity, steam or coal fuel can be used, either partially or fully replacing electric heating.
