The resulting dry material is efficiently collected and managed within the dust collection system, with exhaust gases-containing dust at a concentration of 50mg/m3-are safely expelled by the induced draft fan, completing the entire drying process seamlessly.

Principle:
Hot air dynamically enters the annular gap at the drying chamber's bottom in a tangent direction via the inlet pipe, ascending in a spiral motion. Simultaneously, materials are introduced into the tower at a controlled rate by the feeder, engaging in a comprehensive heat exchange with the hot air. Larger, wetter materials undergo mechanical disintegration under the agitator's action. Meanwhile, materials with lower moisture content and smaller particle sizes are elevated with the rotating airflow, directed towards the separator for efficient gas-solid separation. The finished products are meticulously collected and packaged, while exhaust gases are responsibly discharged following treatment by the dust removal system.
