Product Description

Overview:
Flash dryer is a hot air tangent into the bottom of the dryer, in the agitator driven to form a strong rotating wind field. Material from the screw feeder into the dryer, under the strong action of high-speed rotating mixing paddle, the material by impact, friction and shear force, the bulk material is quickly crushed, full contact with hot air, heating, drying. The dry material is carried into the dust collection system to collect and treat. The exhaust gas with dust content of 50mg/m3 is discharged by the induced draft fan to complete the whole drying process.

Principle:
At the bottom of the dryer, the larger and wetter particles are mechanically broken up by the agitator, and the lower wet and smaller particles are carried up by the rotating airflow, and further dried in the rising process. Because the gas-solid two-phase rotating flow, solid inertia is greater than the gas phase, solid-gas two-phase relative velocity is larger, strengthen the mass and heat transfer between the two phases, so the production of high intensity.


Materials:
Paste-like, mud-like, filter cake and other materials, plate and frame filter press or centrifuge dehydration materials. Such as:
