Operational Principle:
The hot air circulation oven employs a sophisticated fan circulation air supply mechanism, guaranteeing consistent and efficient temperature distribution throughout the oven.
A circulating air supply motor, equipped with a contactless switch, propels the wind wheel through the heater to expel hot air. This air is then channeled through ducts into the oven's interior, with the used air being recaptured into the duct to serve as the air source for continuous circulation and heating, ensuring perfect temperature uniformity within the chamber.
Should the temperature fluctuate due to door operation, the air supply system promptly resumes its optimized state, swiftly returning to the desired temperature setting.
