Principle:
The centrifugal spray dryer operates by filtering and heating air, which then enters the air distributor at the top of the dryer. The hot air spirals uniformly into the drying chamber. The feed liquid, after being filtered and pumped from the feed tank, is atomized into fine mist droplets by the centrifugal atomizer. This mist comes into contact with the hot air, rapidly evaporating the moisture and drying the product in an exceptionally short time. The dried product is collected at the bottom of the drying tower and cyclone separator, while waste gases are expelled through a fan.
