The DW Series Multi-Layer Belt Dryer is an industry-leading, continuous drying apparatus designed for batch processing. Particularly suited for materials with high water content that are sensitive to high temperatures, this dryer boasts rapid drying speeds, high evaporation intensity, and exceptional product quality. Additionally, paste materials derived from dehydrated filter cakes can be seamlessly dried post-granulation or strip formation.
Principle:The process begins as material is uniformly distributed onto the mesh belt by the feeder. Utilizing a 12-60 mesh stainless steel mesh, the belt then moves the material through the dryer via a driving device. Each unit within the dryer operates independently with circulating hot air, while a specialized dehumidifying fan meticulously discharges part of the tail gas. The exhaust is finely tuned by a regulating valve to optimize moisture removal. The mesh belt advances slowly, with adjustable speed accommodating material temperature. Post drying, the finished product seamlessly transitions into the feeder. Additionally, the system's up and down cycle units can be tailored to user specifications, and the number of units adjusted to precise requirements.
Within the innovative DW Series, the material is uniformly distributed onto the mesh belt by the feeder in the hopper. This mesh belt, crafted from 12-60 mesh stainless steel wire, travels effortlessly through the dryer, powered by a robust transmission device. The dryer itself is a sophisticated system composed of multiple units, each boasting its own independent hot air cycle. Within these cycles, a specialized dehumidifying fan strategically manages exhaust gas flow through control valves. In the upper circulation unit, air propelled by the circulating fan (5) navigates the side air duct, enters the lower chamber, and is warmed as it ascends via heater 7. Distributed meticulously by distributor 6, the air jets through the mesh belt, interacting with the material, and ascends into the upper chamber. This sophisticated drying process ensures optimal heat and mass transfer as hot air permeates the material layer. Meanwhile, the upper chamber seamlessly connects to the fan inlet via air ducts. A significant portion of the gas recirculates, while lower temperatures and moisture levels in some gas are expelled through large exhaust pipes and control valves. In the lower circulation unit, air initially enters the upper chamber, descends through the heat exchanger, traverses the material layer, and reaches the lower chamber, where it connects to the fan through side and return air ducts. This cycle maximizes efficiency and flexibility, allowing customizable unit configurations to meet diverse user specifications.
Designed to elevate the dehydration of vegetables, the DW Series employs a tripartite equipment setup for unrivaled drying efficacy. Within this setup, you'll find an initial dry section, an intermediate section, and a final dry section, each meticulously engineered to optimize the dehydration process. In the early stages, where moisture content is high, we employ a thinner material layer, accelerate running speed, and apply a heightened drying temperature, achieving temperatures that soar to 120°C or more. As we transition to the final dry section, material retention times increase dramatically, up to 3-6 times longer than the initial phase, while material thickness expands 2-4 times. For materials sensitive to heat, temperatures remain controlled at about 60°C, with drying gas around 80°C. By employing a dynamic, multi-stage combination, the belt dryer consistently delivers uniform drying performance, revealing its full potential.
