Operational Principle:
Wet materials are consistently fed onto the first layer drying plate. The rotating rake arm with rake blades continuously flips the materials, which flow along an exponential spiral over the drying tray surface. Material transitions from the outer edge of smaller drying trays to the larger ones below, moving inward and downward through alternate layers, ensuring a continuous flow throughout the dryer.
The hollow drying plate, filled with heating mediums like saturated steam, hot water, thermal oil, or high-temperature molten salt, ensures efficient drying. The heating medium flows through the drying plate, heating the material, which then falls to the aggregate tray and is transported to the discharge port. Moisture is effectively removed via dehumidification and vacuum ports, while dried materials are ready for direct packaging. The system can be enhanced with auxiliary equipment to improve drying capacity and handle various processes such as heating, cooling, calcination, sublimation, pyrolysis, and solvent recovery.
