Operational Principle:
Wet materials are introduced continuously through the feeder onto the initial layer of the drying plate. The rotating rake arm with precision rake blades ensures consistent flipping and even drying as materials follow an exponential spiral path. On small trays, materials shift to the edge and descend to larger trays below. This alternate up-and-down arrangement facilitates a seamless flow throughout the dryer.
The hollow drying plates are infused with a heating medium like saturated steam, hot water, or high-temperature molten salt. This medium travels from entry to exit, ensuring uniform heating. As dried materials descend to the final tray, they are efficiently transported by rake blades to the discharge exit.
