This versatile apparatus seamlessly handles both drying and granulating processes. By adjusting the pressure flow and atomizing hole size, it effortlessly produces granules of specific sizes and ratios, catering to diverse process requirements.
Working Process: The raw material liquid is pumped through a high-pressure pump and atomized into fine droplets that mix with hot air and descend. The majority of the powder material is collected at the bottom discharge outlet. Waste air and fine powder are separated via a cyclone. Exhaust air exits through a draught fan, while powder is collected at the cyclone's bottom. An optional two-grade duster can be installed at the outlet, achieving a remarkable recovery rate of 96%-98%.
Construction: Built with SUS304 for all contact points with the raw material, the equipment features a layer of fine glass cotton for thermal insulation. The tower body includes observation doors, sight glasses, lamps, and control instruments, all managed via an electric control panel, ensuring precision and ease of use.
Heat Source: This equipment offers flexible heating options, utilizing steam or an electric heater for ease of operation, quick start-up, and clean hot air.
