Its operation principle involves the suction of natural air by a fan through a purification cabinet and heater. This creates a high-speed airflow at the material bed plate hole, initiating a boiling state for materials and effectively achieving large-scale water evaporation for optimal drying results.
Principle:
Once the air is heated and purified, it is drawn in by an induced draft fan from the base and passes through the hopper's mesh plate. Inside the working chamber, the fluidization process is activated through stirring and negative pressure, allowing rapid evaporation of water, which is then expelled, ensuring swift material drying.
