Operational Principle:
Wet materials are systematically fed into the dryer, where they are distributed onto the initial drying plate. A rotating rake arm with blades continuously stirs the materials, propelling them in a spiral path over the drying plate. The materials transition from the smaller to the larger drying plates in an alternating pattern, ensuring a seamless flow throughout the dryer.
The hollow drying plates are infused with a heating medium-be it saturated steam, hot water, thermal oil, or high-temperature molten salt-entering from one side and exiting from the other. The dried material then cascades down to the final collection tray, where it is efficiently conveyed to the discharge port.
