Principle:
The clean hot air is distributed into the bed body through the valve plate, and the wet material entering from the feeder is formed into a boiling state by the hot air, therefore, it can be dried in a relatively short time. From one end of the bed into, after dozens of seconds to a few minutes of boiling drying, automatic flow from the other end of the bed, the device generally negative pressure operation.
Scope of application:
Drying of pharmaceuticals, chemical raw materials, food, grain processing and feed. For example, drying and dehumidifying of bulk drug, tablet granule, Chinese herbal granule, dietary supplement, beverage granule, corn germ, feed, plastic resin, citric acid and other powdered materials. The suitable particle size is 01 ~ 6mm, the optimum particle size is 0.5 ~ 3mm.
Points to note:
The granulating machinery and equipment should be cleaned and maintained regularly, especially the granulating oven and boiling drier should not run more than 18 hours a day, otherwise it will cause the risk of explosion of ethanol dust for a long time, some pharmaceutical companies need to work three shifts, recommended each shift within six hours, and during the shift to reserve 1 hour of rest equipment. We must strengthen the safety work management, protect the immediate interests of workers, to ensure the smooth progress of production work, strictly prohibit alcohol on-the-job work, lack of sleep on-the-job work, other effects on on-the-job work.
