Operational Principle:
Wet materials are continuously introduced via the feeder to the first layer of the drying plate. The rotating rake arm with blades constantly flips the materials, moving them along an exponential spiral across the drying tray's surface. As materials transition from the small drying tray to the large drying tray below, they fall to the outer edge and continue their journey through the alternating layers of drying plates, ensuring a seamless flow throughout the dryer.
The hollow drying plate, filled with a heating medium such as saturated steam, hot water, thermal oil, or high-temperature molten salt, ensures optimal drying. The heating medium flows from one end of the drying plate to the other, while dried materials move from the last layer to the aggregate tray and are finally discharged via the rake blades. Moisture is effectively removed through the dehumidification port or vacuum port located on the top cover. By incorporating auxiliary equipment like finned heaters, solvent recovery condensers, bag filters, pre-dryers, and induced draft fans, the drying capacity is significantly enhanced. This versatile system supports drying of paste-like and heat-sensitive materials, solvent recovery, and operations such as heating, cooling, calcination, sublimation, pyrolysis, and reactions.
