The drum simultaneously performs a rotational and swinging motion. As the drum rotates, the mixed material within it rotates, flips, and blends. Concurrently, the drum swings from left to right, ensuring thorough and rapid mixing.
Principle:
Driven by the driving shaft, the barrel loaded with materials performs complex compound movements of translation and tumbling. This induces annular, radial, and axial movements within the materials, promoting mutual flow, spread, accumulation, and mixing to achieve thorough homogenization.
