Principle:
Our system utilizes densely arranged wedge-shaped hollow shafts with hollow blades, allowing heat mediums to flow through for optimized heat transfer. Serving a significant effective volume area, the heat medium, ranging from -40ºC to 320ºC, can be vapor or liquid, such as water or oil. The indirect heating ensures the air retains heat, minimizing losses to the environment through a heat-insulating layer. Wedge-shaped blades maintain a clean heat transfer surface by scrubbing and removing material attachments, while the W-type shell, equipped with 2-4 hollow stirring shafts, prevents dust leakage and efficiently collects materials.
