Principle:In our belt dryer, materials are uniformly distributed on a 12-60 mesh stainless steel mesh belt via a feeder. Driven by a sophisticated system, the dryer comprises multiple units, each featuring independent hot air circulation. Special dehumidifying fans discharge part of the tail gas, with exhaust regulated by valves to efficiently heat, dry, and dehydrate. The adjustable slow-moving net belt ensures optimal drying conditions, with finished products seamlessly collected in the feeder. Units can be customized to user specifications, allowing for flexible up and down cycle configurations based on specific requirements.

Propelled through the dryer by a highly efficient transmission device, this sophisticated dryer is divided into several units, each boasting an independent hot air cycle. Ingeniously, a dedicated dehumidifying fan eliminates exhaust gas, while control valves meticulously manage output. In the upper circulation unit, air is drawn from a circulating fan, directed through a side air duct into the unit's lower chamber, and heated through an advanced heater. This heated air is expertly distributed as a jet flow into the mesh belt, permeating the material, and entering the upper chamber, creating a seamless heat and mass transfer process. A majority of the air recirculates, while cooler, moisture-laden air is expelled through a large exhaust pipe. Meanwhile, the lower circulation unit starts the cycle anew, with air entering the upper chamber first, then heating and moving downward through the material layer into the lower chamber.
