As material is fed into the dryer, it undergoes rapid pulverization due to the vigorous impact, friction, and shearing forces, ensuring complete interaction with hot air for efficient heating and drying. This seamless process concludes when the dried material is collected in the dust system, with exhaust gases, having a dust content of 50mg/m3, safely expelled by the draft fan.
