Our Flash Dryer injects hot air tangentially at the dryer's base, creating a powerful, rotating wind field. Material enters the dryer from a screw feeder, rapidly breaking down under high-speed rotating paddles through impact, friction, and shearing forces. This ensures efficient contact and drying with hot air. The dry material is conveyed to the dust collection system, while the exhaust, containing 50mg/m3 of dust, is vented out by an induced draft fan, completing the drying cycle.

Principle:
Hot air enters tangentially through the annular gap at the drying chamber's base, spiraling upwards. Material is quantitatively fed into the tower, where it undergoes complete heat exchange with the hot air. Larger, wetter materials are mechanically crushed, while the smaller, drier particles rise with the air to the separator for gas-solid separation. Finished products are collected and packaged, with exhaust gases treated before release.
