Operational Principle:
The hot air circulation oven employs a fan circulation air supply system, ensuring uniform and efficient air distribution.
Driven by a circulating air supply motor with a contactless switch, the wind wheel channels hot air through the heater into the oven. The used air recirculates through the duct, maintaining a consistent internal temperature.
In the event of temperature fluctuations due to door operation, the air supply circulation system swiftly restores the set temperature.
