Principle:Material is uniformly distributed over a mesh belt by a feeder. The belt, crafted from 12-60 mesh stainless steel, moves seamlessly through the dryer, powered by a driving device. The dryer comprises multiple units, each with its independent hot air circulation. A specialized dehumidifying fan exhausts part of the tail gas, with exhaust levels regulated by a valve to optimize heat and moisture removal. The belt's movement is gradual and speed-adjustable based on material temperature, ensuring continuous delivery of dried products into the feeder. Configurable up and down cycle units, as well as customizable unit numbers, are available to suit user requirements.
