For the paste materials like dehydrated filter cake, drying post-granulation or strip formation is facilitated with ease.

Principle:
The operation begins by evenly distributing the material on the mesh belt via a feeder. Utilizing a 12-60 mesh stainless steel belt, the material is transported through the dryer by a designated driving mechanism. Our innovative dryer consists of multiple units where each unit independently circulates hot air. A specialized dehumidifying fan discharges part of the exhaust, and a regulating valve manages the exhaust control to ensure optimal heat and moisture removal. The net belt's speed is adjustable, allowing precise control over temperature conditions, resulting in a consistently high-quality dried product. Customizable with up and down cycle units, the configuration can be tailored to meet specific user requirements.
In the sophisticated realm of drying technology, the Compact Mesh Belt Drying Equipment elevates efficiency to new heights. The journey begins as material is uniformly dispersed onto the mesh belt by the feeder. This belt, crafted from 12-60 mesh stainless steel wire, is propelled through the dryer via a transmission device. Ingeniously segmented into several units, each boasts an independent hot air cycle. A specialized dehumidifying fan manages exhaust, while control valves ensure precision. The upper circulation unit channels air from a circulating fan into the lower chamber, ascending through heater 7 to emerge as a heated jet flow. This hot air traverses the mesh belt, engaging the material in a transformative heat and mass transfer process before cycling back through the fan inlet. Meanwhile, cooler, moisture-laden gas exits through a large exhaust pipe. The lower circulation unit mirrors this process, but in reverse, facilitating a seamless flow from upper to lower chambers via side and return air ducts. This modular design allows for customizable configurations, tailored to user requirements, making it an ideal solution for diverse drying needs.
Perfect for dehydrating vegetables, this system employs a triad of units in series, creating an initial, intermediate, and final dry section. High moisture content necessitates a thinner material layer with rapid conveyor speed and elevated drying temperatures in the early stage, with temperatures soaring to 120°C or beyond. Transitioning into the final dry section, material retention time extends to 3-6 times that of the initial phase, with thickness increasing 2-4 fold. To adhere to a material temperature constraint of 60°C, a 80°C dry gas is recommended. By leveraging a multi-stage combination, the belt dryer achieves unparalleled uniformity and superior performance, ensuring optimal dehydration results.
