Principle:
Our centrifugal spray dryer's operational principle involves air filtration and heating, followed by air distribution at the dryer top. Hot air spirals uniformly in the dryer. The feed liquid, filtered and pumped from its tank, is atomized into mist droplets by the centrifugal atomizer. These droplets cocontact with hot air, evaporating moisture swiftly and yielding the finished product rapidly, which is collected from the drying tower's bottom and cyclone separator.
