Operational Principle:
Materials are continuously introduced from the feeder to the initial drying plate at the top of the dryer. Using a rake arm equipped with blades, the materials are persistently flipped. As materials traverse the drying tray's surface, they spiral exponentially. On smaller drying trays, materials journey to the outer edges before cascading onto the larger trays below. Here, the materials migrate inward, descending through a central feeding port to the next small tray layer. This strategic arrangement of alternating large and small trays ensures a seamless material flow throughout the dryer.
The hollow drying plates are infused with a heating medium-options include saturated steam, hot water, thermal oil, or high-temperature molten salt-flowing from one end to the other. As the final dried material descends to the aggregate tray, rake blades guide it to the discharge port.
