The Double-Cone Rotary Vacuum Dryer is an advanced drying apparatus that combines mixing and vacuum drying. In this process, the material to be dried is placed in a sealed cylinder where it is continuously heated. A vacuum system then pumps out the vacuum, causing the moisture within the material to diffuse to the surface due to pressure or concentration differences. The water molecules, gaining sufficient kinetic energy, overcome molecular attraction and diffuse to the low-pressure space of the vacuum chamber, where they are removed by the vacuum pump, resulting in efficient drying.
