Our High Efficiency Boiling Dryer is engineered for the precision drying of granular materials with sizes ranging from 0.1mm to 6mm. Ideal for both finished products and intermediates across pharmaceutical, food, light industry, and chemical sectors, its operation begins with natural air drawn through a purification cabinet by the fan. The air then passes through a heater, creating high-speed airflow through the material bed, inducing a boiling state where extensive evaporation occurs, efficiently drying the material.
Principle:
Upon heating and purification, air is ushered in by an induced draft fan from beneath, flowing through the hopper's mesh plate. Within the working chamber, fluidization is achieved through stirring and negative pressure, rapidly evaporating moisture which is then expelled with the exhaust, thereby achieving swift material drying.
