Principle:
The centrifugal spray dryer operates by filtering and heating air before directing it through an air distributor at the top of the dryer in a spiral pattern. The feed liquid is pumped from a tank to a centrifugal atomizer, where it is transformed into fine mist droplets. These droplets come into contact with hot air, causing rapid evaporation and drying within seconds. The finished product is collected from the bottom of the drying tower and cyclone separator, while exhaust gases are expelled through a fan.
