The centrifugal spray dryer utilizes a centrifugal atomizer to efficiently dry liquid materials, playing a critical role in modern industrial production. Principle:
The centrifugal spray dryer's principle involves air passing through a filter and heater, entering the air distributor at the top. Hot air spirals uniformly into the dryer. The liquid feed is pumped from its tank to the centrifugal atomizer, which sprays it into fine mist droplets. The finished product exits from the bottom of the drying tower and cyclone separator, while waste gas is discharged via a fan.
