Operational Principle:
Wet materials are continuously fed from the feeder to the uppermost drying plate. Here, a rake arm with rake blades persistently flips the material, moving it in an exponential spiral pattern across the drying tray's surface. As material transitions from small to large drying trays, it moves through an alternating up and down arrangement, ensuring seamless flow throughout the dryer.
The hollow drying plates are filled with heating media like saturated steam, hot water, thermal oil, or high-temperature molten salt, entering from one end and exiting from the other. The dried material descends from the final drying tray to the aggregate tray, then transported to the discharge port. Moisture evaporates and exits through a dehumidification port or vacuum port on the top cover. The dry materials can be directly packaged, and with auxiliary equipment like finned heaters, condensers, and filters, our dryer enhances production capacity, effectively handling paste-like and heat-sensitive materials.
