Operational Principle:
Wet materials are introduced via a feeder to the upper drying plate. The rotating rake arms, equipped with blades, uniformly flip the materials, which flow along an exponential spiral on the tray surface. As material transitions from small to large drying trays, it descends or ascends alternately, ensuring an unbroken drying process throughout the system.
The hollow drying plates are infused with a heating medium (saturated steam, hot water, thermal oil, or high-temp molten salt), ensuring even heat distribution. As materials are dried, they move to an aggregate tray and are collected at the discharge port. Moisture is efficiently extracted via dehumidification ports, enabling instant packaging of finished products.
