Its unique structure and operational principle ensure high thermal efficiency, low energy consumption, a compact footprint, simple configuration, ease of operation and control, and an optimal working environment.
Operational Principle:
Wet materials are continuously fed from the feeder to the uppermost drying plate. The rake arm, equipped with rake blades, perpetually flips the materials, aiding their movement along the drying tray surface in an exponential spiral. Materials transition from smaller to larger drying trays, cascading downwards through alternating layers. This unique arrangement facilitates a continuous material flow throughout the dryer.
The hollow drying plates are filled with various heating mediums such as saturated steam, hot water, thermal oil, or high-temperature molten salt. These mediums ensure uniform heating as they flow from one end to the other. Dried materials are collected in the aggregate tray and discharged via rake blades. Moisture is efficiently expelled through the dehumidification port or vacuum port on the top cover. Auxiliary equipment like finned heaters, solvent recovery condensers, bag filters, pre-dryers, and induced draft fans can enhance the drying capacity. This system is adept at drying paste-like and heat-sensitive materials, enabling solvent recovery and facilitating heating, cooling, calcination, sublimation, pyrolysis, and reaction operations.
