Principle:
The material is meticulously spread onto a 12-60 mesh stainless steel mesh belt by the feeder. Driven by a precise mechanism, the dryer comprises multiple units where hot air circulates independently within each. Tail gas is efficiently evacuated by a dedicated dehumidifying fan, with exhaust managed by a regulating valve to ensure optimal heating and moisture removal. The mesh belt's movement is finely adjustable, tailored to material temperature, ensuring continuous, high-quality output post-drying. Up and down cycle units can be customized per user requirements, with unit quantities adjustable to specific needs.
In the realm of efficient chemical processing, the material placed in the hopper is seamlessly distributed across the mesh belt by a feeder. This belt, crafted from 12-60 mesh stainless steel wire mesh, is propelled through the dryer via a transmission device. The dryer comprises multiple units, each boasting a self-contained hot air circulation system. Part of the exhaust gas is expertly managed by a specialized dehumidifying fan, while the control valve supervises each unit's exhaust. Within the upper circulation unit, air is channeled from the circulating fan into the unit's lower chamber, ascending through heater 7. Here, it is evenly dispersed by distributor 6, creating a jet flow that permeates the mesh belt, engaging in a dynamic drying process. This hot air traverses the material layer, ensuring optimal heat and mass transfer, with the upper chamber linked to the air duct and fan inlet. Predominantly, the gas cycles continuously, yet a fraction of it, upon reaching lower temperatures and higher moisture content, is expelled through a large exhaust pipe via control valves and a moisture fan. In the lower circulation unit, air first enters the upper chamber, travels downward through the heat exchanger, and penetrates the material layer before reaching the lower chamber. Linked to the fan by side air and return ducts, the chamber ensures continuous gas circulation with select discharge. These up-and-down loop units can be tailored according to user requirements, with their number adjustable to meet specific needs.
