Principle:
The dryer is ingeniously designed with densely lined wedge-shaped hollow blades through which heat medium flows. This design maximizes the heat transfer area within the unit's effective volume, supporting temperatures from -40ºC to 320ºC. The heat medium can be steam, water, or oil, with indirect conduction heating ensuring minimal heat loss. The self-cleaning feature of the blades ensures continuous operational efficiency by removing any material build-up. Built with a W-type shell, the device includes a sealed cover to prevent material and vapor leaks. The rotary joint facilitates heat medium passage through the shell jacket and hollow stirring shaft, with internal structures optimized for the best heat transfer.
