Features:

Principle:
The steam jacket used in the vacuum rake drier device is used to indirectly heat the material and exhaust the gas under high vacuum, therefore, it is especially suitable for materials that are not resistant to high temperature, easy to oxidize at high temperature, or easy to produce powder when drying (such as various fuels) , and the material drying operation in which the vapor or solvent removed during the drying process must be recovered. In the vacuum harrow dryer, the moisture content or solvent content of the dried material can reach up to 90% , while the lowest is only 15% . The dried material may be slurry, paste, granular, powdery, or fibrous. The moisture content of these materials after drying generally reaches 0.1% , or even 0.05% .
The dried material is added from the middle of the upper part of the shell, under the agitation of the constantly rotating harrow teeth, when the material contacts with the shell wall, the surface is continuously renewed, and the dried material is indirectly heated by steam, thus making the material moisture gasification, the vaporized moisture is timely pumped by vacuum pump. The machine can adopt the way of heating interlayer and Harrow tooth at the same time. Because the operating vacuum is higher, the water vapor pressure on the surface of the dried material is much larger than the water vapor pressure in the evaporating space of the drier shell, which is beneficial to the discharge of the water inside and on the surface of the dried material, it is advantageous to the movement of the water molecule of the dried material to achieve the drying goal.
