Working Process: The raw material liquid is pumped through a high-pressure pump, atomizing it into fine droplets that blend with hot air as they descend. The bulk of the powder material is collected at the bottom discharge outlet. A cyclone separates wasted air and fine powder, with exhaust air exiting via a draught fan and powder collected at the cyclone's base. An optional two-grade duster can be installed at the outlet to achieve a recovery rate of 96%-98%.
Construction: Constructed from SUS304 stainless steel, the equipment's tower body, pipes, and separators in contact with the raw material ensure durability. A thick layer of fine glass cotton insulates the tower's inner and outer layers, while observation doors, sight glasses, lamps, and control instruments provide seamless monitoring and management through an electric control panel.
