The Double-Cone Rotary Vacuum Dryer is an innovative piece of drying equipment that seamlessly integrates mixing and vacuum drying. In the vacuum drying process, materials are placed in a sealed cylinder and continuously heated. Using the vacuum system, moisture diffuses to the material's surface due to pressure or concentration differences. Water molecules, gaining kinetic energy, diffuse to the vacuum chamber's low-pressure space and are removed by the vacuum pump, effectively separating from the solid.

1. During vacuum drying, the pressure in the cylinder remains significantly lower than atmospheric pressure. This results in a low density and low oxygen content environment, making it ideal for drying easily oxidizable medicines and reducing the risk of bacterial contamination.
2. Since moisture vaporization temperature is proportional to steam pressure, vacuum drying allows moisture to vaporize at lower temperatures, making it perfect for heat-sensitive pharmaceutical materials.
3. Vacuum drying eliminates the surface hardening phenomenon. Due to the large pressure difference between the material's interior and surface, there is no surface hardening, ensuring consistent quality.
