Our centrifugal spray dryer employs a centrifugal atomizer to efficiently dry liquid materials, making it a staple in modern industrial production. Principle:
The centrifugal spray dryer operates as follows: Air passes through a filter and heater, entering the air distributor at the top of the dryer. Hot air spirals uniformly into the chamber. The feed liquid is pumped through a filter to the centrifugal atomizer at the top, where it is transformed into fine mist droplets. These droplets meet the hot air, causing rapid evaporation, resulting in dried product. The finished product exits from the bottom of the drying tower and cyclone separator, while waste gas is expelled via a fan. Users can select appropriate heating and dust collection modes based on specific requirements.
