This versatile apparatus effectively completes both drying and granulating processes simultaneously. By adjusting pressure flow and atomizer hole size, it produces granules of the desired size and ratio, catering to diverse process needs.
Working Process: The raw material liquid is propelled through a high-pressure pump and atomized into fine droplets. These droplets combine with hot air and descend, resulting in the bulk of the powder material being collected at the bottom discharge outlet. A cyclone separates exhausted air and fine powder, with exhaust air exiting via a draught fan and powder collected at the cyclone's bottom. An optional two-grade duster at the outlet ensures a recovery rate of 96%-98%.
Construction: The tower body, pipes, and separators in contact with the raw material are constructed from SUS304 stainless steel. A robust layer of fine glass cotton insulates the tower's inner and outer layers. The tower is also outfitted with observation doors, sight glasses, lamps, and control instruments, all governed by an electric control panel.
Heat Source: This equipment is versatile, utilizing steam or an electric heater for convenient operation, rapid start-up, and clean hot air. The electric control cabinet features an internal control and regulation device allowing for stepless inlet temperature adjustment. In regions without electricity, steam or coal can partially or wholly substitute for electric heating.
