Principle:The material is meticulously distributed on a 12-60 mesh stainless steel belt by a feeder, which is then guided through the dryer by a precision driving mechanism. The dryer consists of several independent units, where hot air circulates efficiently, with a dedicated dehumidifying fan removing exhaust gases as managed by a regulating valve to heat, dry, and de-moisturize materials. The belt's movement is finely tunable, accommodating material temperature variability to ensure continuous product output. User-specific needs are met by customizable cycle units, with adjustable unit numbers to suit individual requirements.
Within the sophisticated architecture of the Reliable Belt Drying Equipment, each grain of material is meticulously dispersed onto the mesh belt from the hopper through an advanced feeder system.
