This state-of-the-art apparatus excels in both drying and granulating processes simultaneously. By adjusting pressure flow and atomizing hole size, it produces granules of the desired size and ratio, meeting diverse process needs effectively.
Working Process: The raw material liquid is pumped through a high-pressure pump and atomized into fine droplets. These droplets mix with hot air and descend, with the majority of the powder material collected at the bottom discharge outlet. Wasted air and fine powder are separated via a cyclone. Exhaust air exits through a draught fan, and powder is collected at the cyclone's bottom. An optional two-grade duster can be installed at the outlet, ensuring a recovery rate of 96%-98%.
Construction: Made with SUS304, the tower body, pipes, and separators in contact with the raw material are enhanced with a layer of fine glass cotton for heat insulation. The tower body features observation doors, sight glasses, lamps, and control instruments, all managed through an electric control panel for seamless operation.
Heat Source: The equipment offers versatile heating options, using either steam or an electric heater. This ensures convenient operation, rapid start-up, compact structure, and clean hot air. The electric control cabinet's internal control and regulation device allows stepless regulation of inlet temperature. In areas without electricity, steam or coal fuel can be used, partially or fully replacing electric heating.
