This innovative apparatus can simultaneously execute drying and granulating processes. By adjusting pressure flow and atomizing hole size, you can achieve granules of the desired size and ratio, meeting a wide variety of process requirements with precision.
Working Process: The raw material liquid is driven by a high-pressure pump and atomized into fine droplets, which then mix with hot air and descend. Most of the powder material is collected at the bottom discharge outlet, while wasted air and fine powder are separated via a cyclone. Exhaust air exits through a draught fan, and powder is gathered at the cyclone's bottom. A two-grade duster can be added at the outlet, ensuring an exceptional recovery rate of 96%-98%.
Construction: The tower body, pipes, and separators in contact with the raw material are constructed from SUS304 stainless steel. A layer of fine glass cotton provides effective heat insulation between the tower's inner and outer layers. The tower body features observation doors, sight glasses, lamps, and control instruments, all managed via an electric control panel.
