The material is evenly spread on the mesh belt by the feeder, the mesh belt adopts 12-60 mesh stainless steel mesh. It is moved in the drier by the driving device. The drier is composed of several units, each unit hot air circulates independently, part of the tail gas is discharged by a special dehumidifying fan, and the exhaust gas is controlled by a regulating valve, heat and dry and remove moisture. The up and down loop units can be flexibly equipped according to the user's needs, and the number of units can also be selected according to the needs.
Used for dehydrating vegetables, generally using three sets of equipment in series to form the initial dry section, the intermediate section and the final dry section. In the early dry section, due to the high moisture content of the material. Poor permeability, so the use of a smaller thickness of the material, faster running speed and higher drying temperature. In the initial drying stage, the drying gas temperature can be as high as 120OC or above. The material retention time in the final dry section is 3 -6 times of that in the initial dry section, and the material thickness is 2 -4 times of that in the initial dry section. For the material temperature not exceeding 60OC requirements, can use about 80oC of dry gas. The performance of belt drier can be better brought into play by using multi-stage combination, and the drying is more uniform.
