Principle:
Within our advanced system, materials are evenly distributed across the mesh belt by the feeder, utilizing a 12-60 mesh stainless steel design. Driven by a sophisticated mechanism, the dryer consists of multiple units where independent hot air circulation occurs. A specialized dehumidifying fan discharges part of the tail gas, with a regulating valve managing exhaust levels, efficiently heating, drying, and removing moisture. The mesh belt's slow movement and adjustable running speed ensure optimal drying according to material temperature, with finished products continuously falling into the feeder. Users can customize the up and down cycle units flexibly, adjusting the number of units according to specific requirements.
The material in the hopper is meticulously and evenly spread across the mesh belt by the feeder, ensuring optimal drying efficiency. The robust mesh belt, crafted from durable 12-60 mesh stainless steel wire, glides through the dryer, driven by a reliable transmission device. This state-of-the-art dryer is composed of several innovative units, each boasting an independent hot air circulation system. A special dehumidifying fan expertly expels part of the exhaust gas, while a precise control valve manages the remaining airflow. In the upper circulation unit, air channeled by the circulating fan enters the lower chamber via the side air duct. It is then heated as it ascends through heater 7, before being beautifully distributed by distributor 6 into a jet stream that penetrates the mesh belt, achieving optimal heat and mass transfer as it moves through the material into the upper chamber. The sophisticated gas cycle ensures most of the air is recirculated, while a portion carrying lower temperature and moisture is efficiently expelled via large exhaust pipes and moisture fans. Meanwhile, in the lower circulation unit, air initially enters the upper chamber, is heated through a downward heat exchanger, and transverses the material layer into the lower chamber. The innovative design allows for flexible configuration of the up and down loop units, catering to user-specific requirements, with the number of units customizable to meet varied needs.
Our DW Series Dryer is ingeniously designed for the dehydration of vegetables, employing a triad of equipment in series to seamlessly form the initial dry section, intermediate section, and final dry section. In the preliminary phase, the high moisture content of materials necessitates a thinner material layer, enhanced drying temperature, and accelerated belt speed for effective drying. During this initial phase, drying gas temperatures can soar to an impressive 120°C or more. As we progress to the final dry section, material retention time dramatically increases to 3-6 times that of the initial phase, with material thickness expanding by 2-4 times. For materials requiring temperatures under 60°C, we recommend utilizing dry gas around 80°C. The belt dryer's performance is remarkably optimized through a multi-stage combination approach, ensuring uniform drying and exquisite results.
