The series hot air circulating oven features a low-noise axial flow fan and an automatic temperature control system. The fully sealed circulation system boosts hot air efficiency to an impressive 70%. This innovative design places the hot air circulating oven on par with advanced models available both domestically and internationally, conserving substantial energy and enhancing enterprise profitability.
Operational Principle:
The air circulation system employs a fan circulation air supply method, ensuring uniform and highly efficient air distribution.
Driven by a circulating air supply motor (with a contactless switch), the system propels hot air through the heater and into the oven's interior via an air duct. Used air is then recirculated and reheated, maintaining a consistent indoor temperature.
Temperature fluctuations caused by door operations are quickly corrected by the air supply circulation system, restoring the set temperature promptly.
